The early weeks and months of postpartum can be the most isolating and vulnerable time for many moms. Wellness Walks for New Moms is a free walking support group designed to cultivate community, connection, and emotional wellness all while gently moving your body.
Babies, strollers, feeding, messy hair, and spit up stains are all welcome here! The main goal is to get out the door and connect with other moms. This group is not a substitute for therapy, but is led by me, a maternal mental health therapist and mom who's been there! This is a space for real talk about the changes, challenges, and sweet moments of becoming a mother. Motherhood is a journey you don't have to walk alone!
